Reply policy

Decide whether Quillwright should send the drafted reply automatically or hand it back to your team for one-click review.

Auto-send when ready

Toggle on to send replies without per-lead confirmation. Keep it off — the default — so every reply sits in your queue.

Draft only

Quillwright sends back a reply for you to review and approve. Safe default.

Auto-send

Quillwright sends the reply on confirmation, with business-hours framing if after hours.

Business hours

When a draft is generated outside this window, Quillwright frames the reply so the operator sees how an off-hours ask will read to the customer.

Timezone

Schedules are read in this zone. Pick your shop’s home zone — every draft will respect it.

Notification email

Where delivery + overnight alerts go. Leave empty to fall back to your login email.

Used by future auto-send delivery logs and off-hours escalations.
